1) Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you visit midlabstaffing.com (the “Site”) or communicate with us regarding staffing services (employers) or job opportunities (candidates).
We are a staffing agency—not a healthcare provider. Please do not submit patient PHI or highly sensitive data via our web forms.
2) Information We Collect
You provide (forms/emails/phone): name, employer/candidate type, company, role, email, phone, location, staffing needs or work history, resume/CV, credentials (e.g., MLS(ASCP)), shift preferences, work authorization, and any message you include.
Automatic (cookies/analytics): IP address, device/browser, pages viewed, time on page, referral URLs, and general location.
From third parties: job boards, public professional profiles (e.g., LinkedIn), background screening partners (only with your consent), or client feedback about assignments.
Please do not upload: social security numbers, banking details, full immunization/medical records, or other sensitive identifiers unless we specifically request them during a secure step of onboarding.

Provide and improve staffing services for employers and candidates
Evaluate candidate suitability and present profiles to employer clients (with your consent)
