1) Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you visit midlabstaffing.com (the “Site”) or communicate with us regarding staffing services (employers) or job opportunities (candidates).

We are a staffing agency—not a healthcare provider. Please do not submit patient PHI or highly sensitive data via our web forms.

  • You provide (forms/emails/phone): name, employer/candidate type, company, role, email, phone, location, staffing needs or work history, resume/CV, credentials (e.g., MLS(ASCP)), shift preferences, work authorization, and any message you include.

  • From third parties: job boards, public professional profiles (e.g., LinkedIn), background screening partners (only with your consent), or client feedback about assignments.

Please do not upload: social security numbers, banking details, full immunization/medical records, or other sensitive identifiers unless we specifically request them during a secure step of onboarding.
