Founder & Managing Director

DK is a Medical Laboratory Scientist (ASCPi) turned staffing operator who’s worked hands-on in transfusion services/blood bank, core lab (chemistry, hematology, microbiology), and inspection readiness. He built Mid Lab Staffing to help hospitals, health systems, and diagnostic labs secure reliable, compliant, ASCP-certified talent—fast.

Hands-on in blood bank/transfusion services and core disciplines (chem/hem/micro). Supported type & screen, crossmatches, antibody investigations, inventory control, and rapid TAT in high-volume settings.

Drove QA/QC routines, SOP alignment, competency assessments, and inspection readiness (CAP/CLIA/AABB). Co-created refresher education for staff and contributed to engagement initiatives to strengthen retention and performance.
